Instead of alerting when GSR crosses 85, percentile alerts fire when today's GSR is above the Nth percentile of all historical readings — e.g., "alert me when GSR is in the top 15% of its 20-year range." This is much more meaningful than a raw threshold because it accounts for how extreme conditions actually are in context.

You configure up to 5 GSR tranches (e.g., 75, 80, 85, 90, 95) and assign a % allocation to each.
